A monitor is one saved rental search. It stores the criteria, checks supported sources in the background, and sends new matches to your chosen channels.
A good monitor is specific enough that an alert is worth opening, but not so narrow that nothing ever appears.
Split searches when the intent differs. For example, one monitor for a preferred neighbourhood and one broader fallback monitor.
Pause a monitor when you are no longer ready to reply quickly. Your history stays available, and you can resume later.
Delete a monitor when the search is no longer relevant, for example after moving or changing budget completely.
