Create a monitor with the basics:
Keep the first search narrow enough that every alert is worth opening. You can add more areas later.
Email works for slower review. WhatsApp is better when you need to reply fast or share matches with someone else.
You do not need to keep nestrrr open. The monitor runs in the background and sends new matches when they appear.
If alerts are noisy, tighten the budget, area, or property type. If nothing appears, widen one constraint at a time.
