Who we are

nestrrr operates https://{{pr_id}}.preview.nestrrr.com. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. For anything in this policy, including a request to see or delete your data, write to hello@olwiba.com.

What we collect

• Account details you give us: your email address, and your name if you provide one.
• Authentication data: a password hash, or an identifier from the social login you chose. We never see your password in the clear, and never receive one at all if you sign in socially.
• Your searches: the area, budget, bedrooms, and property type you ask us to watch. These describe where you want to live, so we treat them as personal to you and never publish or sell them.
• Your phone number, only if you choose to link WhatsApp. You can unlink it at any time in Settings.
• Billing records, if you subscribe. Card details are handled by Polar and never reach our servers.
• Technical records needed to run the service securely: IP address, browser type, and timestamps of requests.

Property listings are not your data

We also store property listings collected from public rental portals and providers. Those records come from the listing providers and the agents who posted them, not from you, and we do not own them. We keep the ones that matched one of your searches so your history stays intact, and every alert links back to the original listing.

If you are an agent or a landlord and want a listing of yours removed from our records, write to us and we will remove it.

Why we use it

• To run the searches you set up and send you the matches, which is our performance of a contract with you.
• To deliver those alerts by email or WhatsApp, to whichever destination you chose.
• To take payment and keep the records tax law requires of us.
• To keep the service secure and diagnose faults, which is our legitimate interest in it working.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. We use the following processors to run the service, each of which handles only what its purpose requires:

• Coolify (self-hosted) - Runs the application, worker, and database.
• Email provider - Delivers your alert emails and account email.
• WhatsApp / Meta - Carries your alerts if you link a number.
• Polar - Takes payment and holds subscription records.
• Geoapify - Turns a location into coordinates for the maps on cards.

WhatsApp delivery

If you link WhatsApp, your alerts are sent from an ordinary WhatsApp account we operate, using an unofficial client library rather than the WhatsApp Business API. Your messages travel through Meta’s systems and are subject to Meta’s own privacy terms as well as ours.

If you choose to send alerts to a group chat, everyone in that group sees the matches your search produces. Only add a group whose members you are happy to share your search with.

How long we keep it

• Account details: until you delete your account.
• Your searches: until you delete them, or you delete your account.
• Matched listings: kept as your search history so a match is never lost.
• Your phone number: until you unlink whatsapp, or your plan lapses.
• Session records: expired sessions are cleared automatically.
• Billing records: kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to send it to another provider. Write to hello@olwiba.com and we will respond within one month.

If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies

We set a cookie to keep you signed in, and one to remember interface preferences such as your theme. Both are necessary for the service to work as you would expect, and neither is used to track you across other websites.

With your permission we also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Those cookies are only set if you accept them, and we remember your choice in a cookie of its own for a year. You can change your mind at any time with the cookie settings button below.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for anything significant, tell you by email before it takes effect.
