The agreement

These terms are between you and nestrrr, the operator of https://{{pr_id}}.preview.nestrrr.com. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the service.

What the service does

nestrrr watches public rental portals and listing providers for properties matching the searches you set up, and sends you an alert when it finds one. It is a monitoring and notification tool. We are not an estate agent, we are not a party to any tenancy, and we take no part in your dealings with an agent or landlord.

What we do not promise

• We do not promise to find every matching listing. Rental portals and listing providers change, rate-limit, and go down, and a search can miss things for reasons outside our control.
• We do not promise any particular speed. Plans differ in how soon your searches are checked, but a specific delivery time is not something we can guarantee.
• We do not verify listings. Price, availability, photographs, and descriptions come from the listing provider and may be wrong, stale, or fraudulent. Check anything that matters before you act on it, and never send money on the strength of an alert.
• We do not promise a property will still be available when you get there.

Your account

• You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
• Keep your login details to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
• Give us an email address you actually read - it is how your alerts and account notices reach you.
• Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got into your account.

Alerts and your phone number

• Linking WhatsApp is optional. You can unlink it at any time in Settings.
• If you send alerts to a group chat, you are responsible for the people in it seeing your matches.
• Alerts are sent from a WhatsApp account we operate. If that account is restricted or blocked by Meta, WhatsApp delivery may stop; we will fall back to email and tell you.
• Do not use nestrrr to send unsolicited messages to anyone.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law, or use the service to help anyone else break it.
• Resell, redistribute, or republish the listing data we show you.
• Try to get into parts of the service, or other people’s accounts, that are not yours.
• Interfere with the service’s operation, or place deliberate load on it beyond normal use.
• Use the service to harass an agent, a landlord, or another renter.

Free trial and payment

• The free trial runs until you have had 10 matches or 7 days, whichever comes first, at full speed with every feature.
• When the trial ends your searches pause. Nothing is deleted. Your criteria and history stay, and picking a plan resumes monitoring.
• Paid plans are billed in advance weekly or monthly, and renew automatically until you cancel.
• Cancelling stops the next charge. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, then your searches pause rather than being deleted.
• We do not refund part-used periods unless the law requires it or we have got something wrong.
• If a price changes we will tell you before it applies to you, and you can cancel instead.

Availability

We work to keep the service running and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may need to take it down for maintenance, and we will avoid doing that without warning where we can.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where we are required to by law. If we close your account without cause, we will refund the unused part of anything you have paid.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including a property you did not get.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will tell you by email or in the product before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.
